Parker’s Ball Valves are available manually, pneumatically, and electrically actuated. They provide quick on-off control of fluids utilized in process and instrumentation applications. A broad selection of valve body, seat, and seal materials provide a wide range of pressures (up to 6,000 PSI) and temperatures (up to 450F/232C) at which the valve may be used.

Parker’s Needle Valves are designed for positive, leak tight shut-off and regulation of fluids in process, power, and instrumentation applications. These inline and angle pattern valves come with a wide variety of port sizes and styles, temperature capabilities and pressure ranges. Parker Needle Valves provide the utmost in flexibility when designing instrumentation tubing or piping systems.

Parker’s Check Valves are designed as a compact, inline check valve. These check valves provide uni-directional flow control of fluids and gases. To help prevent improper installation, all check valves have a flow arrow label with the valve’s crack pressure rating permanently attached. The availability of a wide range of seat materials provide the system designer a variety of uses over a standard, general purpose check valve.
Parker’s C Series Check Valves are designed as a compact, inline check valve.

Parker Filters are designed for protection of instrumentation systems from undesirable materials. Component changes or repair and maintenance can admit dirt, chips, scale, or other contaminants to the small bore tubing. These compact filters offer the installer a wide range of seals and sizes to meet any instrumentation system requirements. A flow arrow is permanently marked on the filter body to help in proper installation. Parker’s F Series Filter valves are designed for protection of instrumentation systems from undesirable materials down to 1 micron and up to 6,000 PSI (414 BAR).

Parker Relief Valves are designed such that when the upstream pressure exceeds the closing force exerted by the spring, the lower stem opens, permitting flow through the valve. Flow through the valve increases proportionately to the increase in upstream pressure. Pressure settings are externally adjustable while the valve is in operation. Eight different spring rang¬es provide greater system sensitivity and enhanced performance.

With years of manifold design and development experience Parker Hannifin are able to offer the most comprehensive range of differential pressure transmitter manifolds available to users for a wide variety of applications and industries. The Parker H-series valve and manifold solutions range enjoys world leading recognition for quality, reliability and value. Selection can be made from comprehensive rangeof bonnet assemblies, body configurations and styles with a variety of connections and material options to suit all your applications, optimising your installation and improving operation.

By combining customer-specified valves into a single manifold valve, Parker’s monoflange significantly reduces the number of potential leak paths. The monoflanges also have a lower system mass, which reduces loading and vibration stresses, further improving safety and reliability. The Parker Monoflange has needle valve primary and secondary rather than ball valves. The monoflange is preferred by some operators as it is smaller than a traditional double block and bleed valve, giving even more space and weight advantages. This ensures that the monoflange is it is a cost efficient option for owner / operators.
The monoflange allows the mounting options to suit whether the pipeline is vertical or horizontal, the gauge or pressure transmitter can be fitted on either the front face or on the outer diameter of the body to allow good orientation and ease of reading.
Parker’s monoflange is available in a wide range of single-, two- and three-valve configurations, including block, double-block, block-and-bleed, double-block-and-bleed and block-bleed-block. Standard flange sizes include 1/2″, 3/4″, 1”, 1-1/2” and 2”, together with API and DIN standard versions, and there is an extensive choice of flange classes, from ANSI 150 to 2500. Standard outlet vents are 1/2″ female NPT. Depending on monoflange size and configuration, other options include 1/4″, 3/8”, 6 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm sizes, and male NPT or Parker inverted A-LOK™ double ferrule compression fittings.

Parker Pro-Bloc is designed to replace conventional multiple-valve installations where sampling of the process stream is required. This design has been developed to remove a sample directly from the process stream at full system pressure. All of the options and configurations shown within the standard Pro-Bloc range can be offered for sampling service by the addition of a customised sampling probe which extends from the pipe flange into the process stream.
